He is different. Everybody in the convoy thinks that and even worser. They hate him and they are all always picking on him.
When he was born his mother was totally drunken so she had him fallen on the adamant, dusty marmoreal-floor. Before he felt he was just a normal mind-cripple because his mother was a whole-time alcoholic, but after he was totally unusable for everything and somehow his skull was extremely deformed.
He is a bastard. His father is unknown, but his mother has been known for being the most conniving slut of the village.
Now he is a lonesome gnome. His mother has been splattered by a 10" artillery bullet.
In the refugee-convoy they call him "Monster" or "Nameless 'Tard" but actually his name is "Butch". He doesn't know why the whole village is on this "picnic-trip" and he is wondering when he gets his big peanut butter jam sandwich. At the moment he must eat the beggarly remains of the others food.
